Launch Day Revelations
✿ Erica here, ready to spill the tea on what really goes down on launch day, setting us up for next Sunday, when we'll unpack the pieces of the launch puzzle.

Last Wednesday, I launched Angelus Advanced. The Kajabi room was humming, my notes meticulously prepared, and I was ready to go.
You know the feeling. It's showtime.
After weeks of telling people about the course and signing them up, you finally see their faces on your screen. And then, out of nowhere, you suddenly question everything.
Did I do a good job? Did I really connect with them? Was all this work even worth it?
It's a good thing I had built a way in my course to get feedback from my students.
PRO TIP: Always have feedback mechanisms in place, friends. They're your life raft in the sea of self-doubt.
Launch Day Insights
In our first session, I got to see the wild, wonderful world of solopreneurship up close and personal. It was messy, it was inspiring, and it was absolutely beautiful.
Here are some game day lessons I learned :
1. Clarity is king (or queen). When presenting your offering, a clear, structured path is like finding water in a desert for your participants. One Angelus Advanced participant said, "I loved how you educated us about the why, gave us examples, and then allowed us to apply the framework."
2. Interaction is magic. It's not just about dumping information; I made sure everyone could join in, ask questions, and practice what they were learning. It is way more fun if you, as a student, get to play, too, and you learn so much more!
3. Patience and support matter. Another noted, "Erica is excellent. Patient, clear, supportive, able to articulate clearly when I felt unsure." Sometimes, the most valuable thing we can offer is not just our knowledge but our presence and support.
4. Embrace imperfection: Launch day might not be perfect, but I adapted. When I saw all their heads down writing, I skipped a slide and responded to their needs in real-time.
5. The power of preparation: While spontaneity has its place, thorough prep allowed me to stay calm and focused, even when self-doubt tried to creep in.
Post-Launch Reflections
This is the fifth time I have launched and led Angelus Advanced, and this one, in particular, reinforced something crucial: consistency and persistence pay off.
Remember last week's newsletter about hypnosis and the subconscious mind? I'm doubling down on that bedtime ritual. My subconscious has become my personal cheerleader and motivational coach.
This newsletter is case in point. I always said I was bad at newsletter writing and being vulnerable in my writing. Yet here we are, 9 consecutive weeks of Sunday night emails to you. Something has definitely shifted, wouldn't you say?
So let's review
Your Launch Day Action Plan
- Create feedback loops. Design ways to get honest input from your participants throughout your launch.
- Focus on interaction. Design your launch content to be engaging and participatory.
- Prepare thoroughly. Use Canva for presenter notes and recording to upload into (Kajabi?) afterward.
- Use mindset tools. Whether it's hypnosis or another technique, nurture a positive mindset before and during your launch.
Every launch is a learning experience. And hopefully, by reading this newsletter, you feel you are getting the insights you need to keep building and never stop launching.
